“Your Powerful Mind” is a course that helps you stand stronger in yourself and use your own power in a resourceful way.
The day will mainly be characterized by practical exercises where you will gain an understanding of yourself, how you work, when you are too busy in your head, strengthen your contact with yourself and spiritual helpers. The course is designed for you who need to learn to let go of control and are too busy in your head, or you who simply need to strengthen contact with your own soul so that you can enjoy your own presence without your head, ego or external environment taking control.
After completing the course, you will have been given the tools to be able to listen more to yourself and use your own energy in a beneficial and useful way, thereby helping others further in the same techniques. The course has previously been held under the title\

There will be snacks, fresh fruit & the/water/coffee at the workshop, but you will have to arrange lunch yourself. *
